Introduction

Wire annealing&tinning machine is a machine designed for patch annealing process for fine conductor wire, mostly copper also Aluminum and CCA. Usually only when the manufacturing capacity is high will adopt this type of manufacturing solution.

Finished tinned wire are widely used for electronic equipment, widely used for later bunching process.

Finished take-up can be either small plastic reel for single wire or large wheel for multi-wire.

Tube heating, easy to maintenance and operate.

Adopt Nitrogen or steam protection device, to ensure even elongation of copper wire, and to avoid oxidation.

Integrated tinning oven, uniform temperature, tolerance within 2 degree.

Different design of pay-off an take-up style is available, to link different with different process.

Each line has the function of wire break detection and automatic alcohol protecting function. Relevant line will automatic stop separately.
