Introduction

The pay off tension adopts magnetic powder brake or magnetic hysteresis brake,and it is adjusting through calculate the changing of wire quantity on the bobbin, this design can make sure constant tension control.
Adopting special big bearing structure with high rigidity.
Adopting precious metal electric conduction ring sealing design , the structure is compact so the feedback can be transmitted well.
The safety cover uses whole moving door which is controlled by pneumatic device. This design has good sealing characteristic and easy operation.
The whole line is controlled by separately motors, the pitch can be adjusted easily.
The special and advanced electrical system control make the pitch error less than 1.2%.
