TD Series High Speed Wire Drawing Annealing Insulation Machine

•Integrated process : The machine line integrate the wire drawing machine , on-line annealer , wire preheater , wire inlet calibration device into 1 unit , then collaborate with insulation line to guarantee uniform elongation for the core conductor and high insulation level for the finished core . 

•High capacity : Let along the time saving for reducing the switching process from wire drawing to insulation , this line can operate in a high speed that equals to 3~5 times than its regular extruder model . High speed spray type capstan unit and semi/full automatic double spooler are adopted to ensure high capacity with continuous production , which also decrease the lose for switching bobbins .

•2 model are optional based on the insulation structure , solid and foaming . 

•Modern intelligent control system : the control system is specially designed under the condition to cooperate with imported intelligent testing equipment from renowned brand such as Sikora , Zumbach , etc . Collaborated with eccentricity tester , high precision diameter gauge and capacitance tester can allow less parameters setting and calculation . 

•High precision crosshead from domestic making or European making is optional for both line . Clients can choose based on its requirement for precision .
