ST Series Cantilever Type Single Twist Stranding Machine Line

•Main machine adopt cantilever structure to allow the rotating reel to have lower inertance , higher rotating speed , more smooth rotation . 

•Take-up adopt reciprocating motion of the reel body to achieve precision traverse , making the stranded core neat . 

•Electronic pitch control : main machine will adopt computer electronic computer setting . Operator only need to change setting on PLC panel . Also main machine doesn’t contain capstan originally to reduce wire patch and to make sure cabled core’s tension balance . 

•Pay-off option : for regular electric cable , the line can equip with regular braked tension pay-off (budget model) , motorized pay-off (high speed and better wire protection) ; for automotive cable , the line can equip with vertical back-twisting pay-off to achieve higher roundness ; for lan cable , the line must equip with motorized pay-off or back-twisting pay-off to achieve a constant and stablization at maximum level . •Taping machine : for lan cable , 4 head lateral taping device can be chosen to make FTP structure , overall longitudinal taping can be chosen to make F/UTP , F/FTP structure ; concentric taping machine can be chosen to make fire resistance cable and HDMI cable . 

•Pre-twisting rotary capstan : an individual traction device can be placed before the wire enter the main strander to help the system control the line speed and twisting pitch , making the whole line more synchronized .
