Introduction

WS630 series wire take-up machine is pneumatic controlling for clamping and braking of the wire reel to reach high-speed performance. It is suitable for reel take-up with high-speed wire drawing machine or other pay-off equipment.

This machine is also the only viable take-up machine option for multi-wire drawing machine line , as multi-wire drawing process can’t be suitable for automatic changeover spooler take-up or drop coil take-up . So it come to a variety DWS630 series to be specified for Multi-wire drawing machine take-up.

    Advantage

    1. The invention solves the problem of recycling the take-up device and reduces the transportation cost.
