SE Series Silicone High Temperature Cable Extrusion Machine
Introduction
•Full operation monitoring and controlling : Silicone extrusion process will include process of room temperature extruding (temperature going up when extrusion) , heating sintering after first shaping , cooling before final product collecting . So temperature and O.D. controlling point is large compared to regular cable extrusion .
•Temperature controlling point : main extruder (multiple point) , crosshead clamping , extrusion crosshead , all section of the sintering vulcanization oven , cooling trough .
•Specialized extrusion components : According to the characteristic of the silicone material , unique screw-barrel system , crosshead , extrusion molding are developed to avoid vulcanization reaction before oven . Hence specialized L/D ratio and compression ratio are adopted .
•Extruded product has excellent tenacity for both high temperature and low temperature , excellent electrical insulation performance , excellent chemical stability high voltage resistance, aging resistance, long service life. Soft and easy to install. This product has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, anti-fungal characteristics, resistance to hot and humid environment and a variety of grease resistance, while the cable softness performance is good, with waterproof, pressure and other advantages
•Different design for sintering oven is optional . The most recommended model is a automatic lifting and lowering model with infrared heating method specially designed to work with intelligent IPC system to achieve a more automatic control .
•IPC intelligent control is optional : CAT 1.0 control system adopts industrial computer +1500PLC control, distributed IO structure, all drivers and detection instruments are used Prof ibus bus communication, full digital control technology, simple, flexible, reliable, user-friendly operation interface, accurate control.Perfect process formula management is a strong guarantee for the consistency of your products and standardized production management, reducing the dependence on people
