Introduction

Push machine is for manufactured PTFE tube, this machine presses the preform of PTFE from the prepressing machine, and then presses and heats the extruded PTFE pipes with high density. Push machine cavity is φ30 x1000 , screw is φ30 ; Oil pressure part use human interface , which can adjust its speed in flexible . sylinder material 38CrMoAIA ,Steel tempering treatment . heating part adopt stainless steel heater , The hydraulic station has forced oil cooling with air cooling.

(3) Preforming Machine

It is mainly use for PTFE tube device , adopt single cylinder lifting

Blank material inner pressure max can be 6 Mpa , upward speed 10-300 /min , downward 300 mm /min ,core rod can adjust its place .

Supply pre-form core rod 1 set φ15 , cylinder diameter isφ30, outside diameter isφ70，cylinder insidesurface is precise grinding

Cylinder material adopt 38CrMoAIA with Nitriding treatment , core bar material is G20CrMo, push head maetrial is POM

The height is 3000 mm , pre-form blank making length is 500 mm
