Introduction
•Specific double twist pair twisting machine : the main double twist machine is regulated specially for 2 insulated wire pair twisting . High accuracy twisting pitch control .
•Relatively high machine speed compared to traditional same model in China . Max. 4500TPM with horizontal back-twisting pay-off . Max. 4800TPM with vertical backtwisting pay-off
•When collaborated with vertical back-twisting pay-off , the machine line can be suitable for cat 5~6A with solid insulation . It’s a budget choice for factory building .
•When collaborated with horizontal back=twisting pay-off , the machine line would be the most suitable pair twisting machine line for line cat 6A~8 with foaming insulation . This is due to the machine wiring design to let the 2 twisted wire to keep parallel before twisting , so as to control the inlet tension more stable .
•Low noise : achieve international standard for soundproof , less than 85Db when operate .
