Introduction

PFE Series PTFE High Temperature Cable Extrusion Machine Line is a manufacturing line designed to manufacture high temperature tenacity wires with exclusively PTFE material . 
PTFE insulated cable are widely used in the especially crucial spot in military and defence industry , aerospace , micro-electronic , semi-conductor , medical , automotive , electromechanical , metallurgy , petrochemical and other high requirement area .

    •PTFE material processing procedure is widely different than “traditional” extrusion material , the general process to extrude PTFE material onto conductor surface is to creating a preformed hollow PTFE rod bar , and then input the preformed bar into the specialized hydraulic extruder , then using precise hydraulic ram extrusion to put PTFE paste upon wire into a semi-cable . Lastly semi-cable will go through a sintering oven of maximum 450℃ to stablize the extruded layer . 

    •Finished cable product can work under the temperature of -60~250℃ with excellent chemical stability , corrosion resistance , smoothness and anti-aging performance .

    •This line include a whole set of machine to manufacture PTFE cable , including Powder seieving machine , drum type powder mixing machine , PTFE rod pre-forming machine , PTFE extrusion line including (motorized pay-off , wire straightening unit , PTFE ram extrusion mainframe , vertical accumulator rack , dual wheel traction unit , spark tester , diameter gauge and final take-up ).

    •Hydraulic extruder will be powered by AC servo motor to achieve consisting extrusion .
