PE Series Photovoltaic Cable Tandem Extrusion Machine

•Photovoltaic cable as a majority part of solar energy system , its major characteristic is to ensure the utility life for the whole system . Traditional photovoltaic cable product is single core double layer cable of 1.5~6.0mm² that used in connecting solar battery panel . 

•The insulation and sheathing of photovoltaic wires are mostly made of radiation cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin insulation and sheathing materials (XLPO+HFFR).

•This line overturn the traditional manufacturing method to combine the double extrusion of insulation and sheath into 1 tandem extrusion , highly reduce the working hours and increase the production line capacity . Most importantly , it can increase stability of final product quality by reducing intermediate turnover process . 

•Adopt precision extrusion control technique , it’s able to achieve a tolerance level within ±0.05mm on O.D. 

•Specialized screw-barrel system to increase the output extrusion capacity for photovoltaic material of XLPO&HFFR . Extrusion capacity to be twice as large as regular model . 

•Specialized extrusion crosshead for photovoltaic material to ensure concentricity and surface smoothness . 

•Self-developed industrial computer control system to allow easy operation collaborated with recipe storage system to reduce the learning cost for the machine .
