Pay-off device for bow type double twisting machine

Bow type double twisting machine are widely used for flexible stranded wire bunch or single rigid wire stranding. Hence 2 kinds of wire feeding unit are commonly used. 

The previous process of bow type double twisting machine line can be : RBD wire drawing machine line , multi-wire drawing machine line, 500/630 double twisting buncher .  

Hence the wire feeding for bow type twisting machine can be: loaded in cable reel (buncher , RBD machine ) , collected in coil basket. 

For wire loaded in 500/630 reel , it’s highly likely that the reel is loaded with stranded wire or combined parallel wire. Motorized shaftless pay-off stand is applicable for this need. 

For wire loaded in coil basket, usually it comes from WF800 drop coiler of RBD machine line , usually single rigid wire.
