Introduction

Online Annealing Unit is a continuous annealing production equipment of round copper wire, which adopts two-stage contact-type annealing principle and is suitable for AC power supply, Horizontal structure is adopted for the annealer, which is consisted of electric conduction system, oxidation protection system, cooling system and drying system and electric system etc.

    Advantage

    Electrical systems consists of main electric conductive wheel , main shaft, contact Ni ring, contact wheel and carbon brush etc, among which, Ni ring and Carbon brush are easy to wear parts. 

    Main bearings are lubricated with high temperature resistant grease to extend its working life, NI rings is made of Ni Alloy. 

    The annealing contact wheel uses imported rotating connector to perform circulation water-cooling.

    The lifespan of annealing nickel ring was enhanced and reduced the production cost. 

    The cooling system adopts big flow-rate of annealing liquid to conduct circulation cooling, which ensures the brightness of copper wire surface after annealing.

    Annealer is driven by capstan motor of drawing unit via the flat belt. 

    The anti-oxidation protection system is with N2 ,N2 decompressing elements and automatic valve are required to installed (optionally provided by HOOHA)to work together with N2.
