Online annealing For copper intermediate wire drawing machine

Introduction

For single and dual wire intermediate wire drawing process, annealing device design are in horizontal annealing device design as traditional method. However, to achieve better annealing performance with lower power and less space, new type of vertical triangle type annealing device was developed. But for dual wire design or special required, horizontal annealing design is also applied.

Advantage

Annealing apply DC power contact type theory.

Whole annealing device functionally consist of conducting system, Oxidation protection system, cooling system, drying system, electric control system; for the sake of division, consist of preheating part, annealing part and cooling part , totally follow the annealing softening craft requirement.

DC controller full automatic trace whole annealing status, to ensure softness, uniformity and surface smoothness of the wire product.

Oxidation protection method adopt steam protection (external steam generator); Cooling and lubrication using a dilute concentration of 0.5%-1% of the stew liquid circulation. Normally adopt external water tank and heat exchanger.

Drying system adopt compressed air + molding dry blowing drying.

Digital annealing voltage control and Automatic tracking annealing voltage for consistent wire annealing quality.
