DLV400/450(-2) Series is machine line specifically designed for Aluminum / 800X and 600XAluminum alloy rod breakdown process for Electric usage. Usually combined with pay-off system + tension unit and 1~2 type of take-up device to form a whole production line . Whole production usually is without annealing unit compared to Copper RBD line.

SN300/7 small spool automatic changeover take-up machine is a take-up device designed for fine wire drawing machine (usually without annealer), as the manufacturing line speed is fast and the take-up spool of fine wire drawing machine is small, so the take-up reel require constant change and it’s the most often operation action for this machine.

This machine can operate synchronizing with fine wire drawing machine, to achieve a line to automatically stop , wire spool changeover, empty/finished wire reel storage, making sure one machine operator can look over as more machine as possible .

This line are design for manufacturing bimetallic wire - Copper clad Aluminum, which are a recommended new trend of conductor material.

Full automatic continuous electrolytic plating line is widely used for electrolytic plating process for conductor like Copper, Aluminum and else, to achieve better electrical performance.

The process is composed of material feeding- pre-treatment - electroplating - post-treatment - drying - receiving. Generally used for stainless steel, copper, alloy copper and other continuous stamping, etching products dip plating, brush plating, wheel plating (optional plating), platen plating, cleaning, deplating. By manually adding chemical solution, and then open the electric control box, the wound metal wire (belt) is automatically electroplated. After electroplating, the wire (strip) is blown dry and rolled to complete the metal (strip) plating. During the plating process, the plating solution needs to be heated or cooled. The liquid in the plating tank is injected into the filter through the PP tube, and the water pump returns to the plating tank after filtration, which can be recycled.

From basic machine design, it can divided into heat exchange type, heat circulation type. Also there will be specific model combined with wire drawing and wire enameling function in one machine. For extra thin wire and flat wire, also there will be specific machine design model .

Wire annealing&tinning machine is a machine designed for patch annealing process for fine conductor wire, mostly copper also Aluminum and CCA. Usually only when the manufacturing capacity is high will adopt this type of manufacturing solution.

Finished tinned wire are widely used for electronic equipment, widely used for later bunching process.

Finished take-up can be either small plastic reel for single wire or large wheel for multi-wire.
