Introduction

IE Series Data Cable Insulation Machine Line is a manufacturing line designed to manufacture the insulation process for data transferring cable . Output product will be used in USB cable , lan cable , coaxial cable , electronic cable and else .

    •Wide usage : This machine series include machine to execute insulation process for either solid insulation and foaming insulation . Within foaming insulation , chemical method and physical method can be chosen . Extrusion structure can be solid single layer , solid single layer with stripping , foam-skin chemical foaming , skin-foam-skin physical foaming insulation 

    •High capacity : upgraded screw-barrel system design for different insulation method , allowing screw to have longer utility life , less chance to adhesive to plastic , less chance to get dechroming . 

    •High quality : insulation concentricity can achieve over 90% , O.D. tolerance within ±0.005mm, (foaming insulation line) capacitance level tolerance within ±0.5PF

    •Temperature control : Adopt SCR power controller collaborated with imported temperature control meter , to allow extruder temperature within tolerance of ±1℃

    •Easy control : Intelligent control , automatic feedback control with control system PLC + wire diameter gauge and capacitance tester(foaming insulation line only) .
