Introduction

ES Series High Capacity Sheath Extrusion Machine is a series of machine designed for inner sheath / outer sheath for LV/MV/HV electric power cable . Extrusion material can be applicable for PVC, LSZH, HFFR, XLPE . Configuration can be customized based on client’s detailed requirement . E.g. for structure without extra armoring layer , the line could be 2 extruder tandem placement .

    Advanced screw/barrel design : self-designed customized made , ensuring large extrusion capacity .

    Stable traction transmission system : adopt mature motor for traction system to ensure stable transmission force . Based on client's budget level , could be either Chinese domestic customized brand or Siemens and else .

    Smooth extrusion output : Combined with stable traction transmission system , the extruder motor adopt stable quality brand for better synchronization between traction speed and extrusion speed . 

    Essential material : screw and barrel adopt top class wear-resistant material with surface nitriding treatment to achieve higher hardness and long service life .

    Gear box : Italian design high quality gear box reducer . 

    Temperature control : adopt imported temperature control unit , including temperature detect and PID control unit to achieve stable and precise temperature control with high efficiency .

    Motor with encoder : To achieve precise control of screw RPM .

    Customization : this line is also suitable for working in tandem with different types of armoring such as semi-conductor taping , lead extruder and else .
