DLV400/450(-2) Series is machine line specifically designed for Aluminum / 800X and 600XAluminum alloy rod breakdown process for Electric usage. Usually combined with pay-off system + tension unit and 1~2 type of take-up device to form a whole production line . Whole production usually is without annealing unit compared to Copper RBD line.

SN300/7 small spool automatic changeover take-up machine is a take-up device designed for fine wire drawing machine (usually without annealer), as the manufacturing line speed is fast and the take-up spool of fine wire drawing machine is small, so the take-up reel require constant change and it’s the most often operation action for this machine.

This machine can operate synchronizing with fine wire drawing machine, to achieve a line to automatically stop , wire spool changeover, empty/finished wire reel storage, making sure one machine operator can look over as more machine as possible .

3T Series Triple Twist Pair Twisting Machine is a all-in-one machine designed to manufacture the pair twisting process for data / lan cable . It’s dedicated to replace the space-costing , relatively low speed traditional double twist pair twisting machine with vertical back-twisting pay-off . It can be suitable for the qualified lan cable production of cat 5~6A with solid PE insulation . For foaming insulation core wire pair twisting , it can be qualified as well for cat 7 . 

PTB Series Double Twist Pair Twisting Machine Line is a traditional machine designed to manufacture the pair twisting process for data / lan cable with HOOHA upgrade . The machine usually will collaborate with vertical or horizontal back-twisting pay-off . When working with vertical back-twsiting pay-off , it would be a traditional and budget machine model for manufacturing lan cable of cat 5~6 . When working with horizontal back-twisting pay-off , it would be the perfect machine setup for lan cable cat 6a~8 that with foaming insulation .
