Introduction

Drum twisting machine is widely used for stranding Milliken conductor and compact conductor in high, medium, low voltage energy cable. Stranding cross section are usually high.

    Advantage

    Central pay-off adopt cantilever fork type for reel size up to Φ2500, reel-pulley type for reel size over Φ2800

    Side pay-off adopt supporting reel type, supported by cantilever arm, tension controlled by disc type brake. 

    Reel loading&unloading adopt hydraulic / electric motor drive platform, can be spare if other lifting device is equipped.

    2 driving system is available based on different voltage level or client’s experience, AC or DC inverter motor drive system, whole line controlled by PLC system, to achieve synchronization, easy to maintain. 

    When manufacturing Milliken conductor with this machine, phase correcting feedback device can be activated, to guarantee stranding compaction level with special dies. 

    Adopt high quality inverter, to achieve slowly start, stop, emergency stop more smoothly. Each single device is equipped with pneumatic brake system.

    Touch screen centralized control panel for PLC&computer control. 

    Rotating caterpillar traction unit adopt U shape synchronization belt, clamping device is equipped in both in up and down.
