Introduction

CCV Series XLPE Insulation Machine Line is an essential line in large section electrical power cable, and it’s designed for executing triple layer insulation for LV/MV/HV cable . Specific designed to extruder inner semi-conductor screen - XLPE insulation - outer semi-conductor screen structure . Our machine model widely divided into 3 model based on the voltage model of the finished cable product 6~35kV / 6~132kV / 35~500kV .

    Precise extrusion machine group : horizontal design, composed of gear box, screw, barrel, clamping, etc. Bottom equip with moving system . Adopt cast aluminum tubular heater and completely enclosed water cooled by independent partition.

    Crosshead with integrated upper seal : self-developed , to avoids the occurrence of the phenomenon of the upper seal and the head when installing

    6~35kV model adopt caterpillar traction unit with 9 pair pneumatic clamping device , contact length - 3m , traction length - 30kN , designed line speed 0~30m/min .
