Introduction

This line are design for manufacturing bimetallic wire - Copper clad Aluminum, which are a recommended new trend of conductor material.

Machine line consist of totally 8 section: pay-off for Aluminum rod * 1 set, double station pay-off for copper tape * 1 set, degreasing tank for copper tape * 1 set, surface brushing machine (high-pressure fan to absorb and collect swarf) * 1 set, ARC welding with wrapping machine (wrapping rollers * 1 set, welding gun * 1 set, cycling water cooling system * 1 set), Vertical V shape moment winding machine * 1 set, main electric control cabinet * 1 set, also option for visual monitoring system for welding seam.
