Automatic changeover take-up machine

Introduction

SN300/7 small spool automatic changeover take-up machine is a take-up device designed for fine wire drawing machine (usually without annealer), as the manufacturing line speed is fast and the take-up spool of fine wire drawing machine is small, so the take-up reel require constant change and it’s the most often operation action for this machine.

This machine can operate synchronizing with fine wire drawing machine, to achieve a line to automatically stop , wire spool changeover, empty/finished wire reel storage, making sure one machine operator can look over as more machine as possible .

Advantage

1. Transmission shaft adopt 42CrMo as material, tempering treatment and surface high-frequency treatment, fine grinding.

2. Dynamic transmission adopt Swiss-origin flat belt.

3. Structure : all-in-one design dual cone , double layer for slide rail that could allow storage 7 wire reel.

4. Safety shield : half-seal , observable take-up situation but protecting from misconduct.

5. Protective brake : Using high quality imported electromagnetic brake, the machine automatically brakes when the line breaks and the frequency converter trips; When the spool reaches the meter, the machine slows down within 30 to 50 seconds, and automatically brakes when it stops to prevent the generation of broken and disorderly lines.

6. Traverse mechanism adopt servo motor + ball screw design , with adjustable and stable traverse pitch , also equipped with wire end reservation function, to achieve continuous operation.
