Introduction

DLVF450 / DLVF450-2 Series is type machine is a slight-sliding wire drawing machine with fully submersible lubricant cooling chamber, driven by independent servo motors , specifically design for Aluminum and its alloy.

    Advantage

    1. Largely reducing the sliding on the drawing cone , to achieve better wire surface. 

    2. One machine can be used for different Aluminum and Aluminum alloy, such as pure Aluminum, 600X series Aluminum alloy, 800X Aluminum Alloy;

    3. Drive by individual servo motor with special design control system to collect all data and signal sync feedback on each motor, to ensure stable tension control in high speed performance. 

    4. Automatic adjust the running motor quantity and output power with different wire size, energy saving.

    5. Straight type layout drawing cone, with Quick die change system;

    6. Elongation of die sequence are adjustable, easier to equip die set and keep longer life span of die set.

    7. Dual-wire design for double capacity with similar space occupied is also available.
