High Speed bow type laying up machine Suitable for twisted wire, power line, control line, special line wire core and copper wire stranding.

Applicantion：

This machine is applicable to bunching of various kind of cables such as power cable, communication cable, computer and instrument cable, copper conductor, aluminum conductor, BV, BVV, RV and RVV, etc.

1.Adopt 100% back-twist mode and suitable for stranding 2-6 cores ABC overhead cable, control cable or power cable;
2.The main motor, traction capstan (or caterpillar) and take-up device are independently driven by AC induction servo motor; Pitch automatic adjusted;
3.The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control
4.Equipped with manual adjustment tape tension system regulation and electromagnetic tensioner, automatically control and ensure the tension always constant from full to empty bobbin

working principle of High Speed bow type laying up machine group：

The 630 cable bow stranding machine has both the rotational movement of the insulated wire core around the central axis and the horizontal linear movement of the cabled wire core along the axis direction. The rotary motion is generated by the rotation of the twisting cage, and the horizontal linear motion is generated by the traction device. The twisting cage completes one twist per rotation, and at the same time, the distance traveled by the traction is a pitch length. In this way, by changing the coordination of the two motion speeds, the pitch (or helix angle) can be adjusted to produce a cable with a cable core.
