Introduction

Application:

This equipment is mainly used for the cabling of insulated core wires such as control cables, signal cables, and small-sized plastic power cables, as well as the stranding function of copper wires and flexible copper wires (strands) .

    Advantage

    A new parallel gear-back torque system. The planetary gears behind the first capstan are connected to back-torque shafts equally spaced outside the main shaft, driving the shafts' rotation. Each reel frame receives back-torque torque from the shafts via a set of gears. This ensures that each reel frame within the capstan cage is subject only to its own torque, and each reel frame experiences equal torque. This eliminates the cumulative torque and gear backlash that occurs in a series arrangement.
