Introduction

3T Series Triple Twist Pair Twisting Machine is a all-in-one machine designed to manufacture the pair twisting process for data / lan cable . It’s dedicated to replace the space-costing , relatively low speed traditional double twist pair twisting machine with vertical back-twisting pay-off . It can be suitable for the qualified lan cable production of cat 5~6A with solid PE insulation . For foaming insulation core wire pair twisting , it can be qualified as well for cat 7 .

Advantage

•High capacity : the maximum rotating speed for the machine is 2000RPM , it can create 3 twisting pitch in one twisting motion . Hence it can achieve 6000TPM when in production , which is 50% fast than traditional double twist pair twisting machine with backtwisting pay-off .

•Excellent backtwisting rate : the machine adopt mechanical backtwisting wire feeding pay-off , to allow the inlet wire to be 0~100% backtwisting , to allow the twisted pair achieve the standard for cat 5~7 . Majorly affect the element of ACR and return loss .

•Electronic twisting pitch adjustment and control : the machine adopt servo motor to adjust and stablize the pair twisting pitch when in production , which allow more flexible twisting pitch adjustment in cable design and development . Also it’s easier to control by simply setting on a touch screen instead of changing belt or gear on the machine body .

•Tension control : take-up tension control full motorized , to make sure the tension is constant from empty to full reel . Also several tension display meter is adopted to display the on-time tension figure to notify the operator .

•Space saving : Integrated design for double layer is adopted . Both machine dimension and utility dimension are 50% of original pair twisting machine with backtwisting pay-off . Allow much high capacity in same space .
