Introduction

This machine (with lumped loading / unloading for bobbins device) is suitable for producing large length,compacted round conductor of bare Al/cu wire, and ACSR, aluminum alloy wire and for producing com-pacted sector conductor with single core preforming，drawing and compacting process. The machine is driven by separate motor for the stranding cage and dual capstan wheel. connecting between cages and dual capstan is no hardware transmission system; the stranding pitch can be adjusted freely.

    2.Batch loading system

    2 design of the device can be adopted , slant type and the horizontal type . Slant type will cost a lot of space ; horizontal type can be more automatic but will require more space .

    3.Individual motor drive system

    Each cage and traction sheave is driven by a separate motor, and the pitch can be adjusted at will. Motor adopt AC motor with inverter , can be stably control on the performance .
