Introduction

Fine wire drawing is the final process for most of conductor drawing procedure. In most occasion, the machine will not be equipped with annealing unit , but to assembly all finished drawn wire to patch annealing machine. Capacity for single machine are usually low, so they always come in patch. Compared to multi-wire machine, single machine unit have more flexibility when manufacturing different size.

Advantage

1. Dual inverter for tension automatic control, to achieve smooth controlling method and lower power consumption.

2. High quality electric control unit, bearing, transmission belt, oil seal.

3. Special design drawing cone and drawing dies design, coated with ceramic material to achieve higher lubricant performance and better wire surface quality.

4. The body is welded by high quality carbon steel, after annealing treatment, eliminate internal stress, and then by precision boring machine, one boring is completed, with no deformation, high precision, good equipment stability.

5. The core of the transmission shaft is conditioned by HB250 ~ 280 to eliminate internal stress and achieve good comprehensive mechanical properties. The surface of the mating surface is finely ground to ensure the mating accuracy, coaxiality and verticality of the shaft core.

6. Take-up is motorized by separate motor with inverter, constantly changing the coiling speed by stabling the tension.
