Introduction

This machine series is design for fine wire drawing with online annealing. In most of occasion, this machine series are used in low capacity requirement , however, factory solution with this machine will have relatively higher flexibility during manufacturing. Due to the fact that operation for this machine is relatively simple and its stability, so one experienced machine worker is able to watch over over 10 machine units at one time.

    Advantage

    1. Integrated machine design design for easy installation , space saving and the production area.

    2. Annealing adopt DC Continuous resistance Annealer(3-zone annraling system).

    3. Annealing unit consist of a conductive wheel box and a water tank, and is an upper and lower installation structure. Triangular preheating, annealing (vapor protection) and drying devices are installed on the front of the conductive wheel box.

    4. Traverse mechanism adopts permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor as the wiring power, and uses flat belt drive to control the movement of the wiring rod. The three-column parallel assembly is equipped with linear motion ball bearings, which is responsive and stable, and can ensure good wiring quality.

    5. Digital annealing voltage control for consistent wire annealing quality

    6. Fully automatic spool change for continuous production operation. (only with double sopple model)
