Application

DT series wire bunching machines are mainly used for stranding and cable lay off of power cables, electronic cables, telephone cables, lan cables, computer cables, with different types of payoffs to achieve a variety of purposes, with stable stranding distance, easy to maintain.

    Advantage

    1. High rotating speed with high stability. Combining experience from European, Japan and Taiwan, we develop machine structure to maintain stable while in high twisting speed. 

    2. Take-up tension automatically control. Tension will be traced, recorded and display on controlling system, ensuring constant take-up tension. 

    3. Exclusive twisting bow design, 2 material - carbon fiber, carbonized steel is optional. Carbon fiber is a more advanced material when in high speed twisting, due to its flexibility , tenacity would be higher than regular steel.

    4. Automatic lubricant applying function is optional, allowing automatic gear lubricant adding. 

    5. 2 method for twisting pitch adjustment - mechanical and electronic. Mechanical adjusting is to change twisting pitch by changing gear / gear + belt, it’s more traditional method with better stablity. Electronic adjusting is to change twisting pitch with servo motor, servo motor will be additionally loaded in the main twisting body. Electronic adjusting can achieve stepless adjusting in theory, but mechanical adjusting is more stable than electronic adjusting.

    Pay-off

    It is put on a side of the equipment too. It may have 6 or 12 heads. The paying-off tray has an outer diameter of 400 to 630.
