DLF450(-2) Series is type machine is a slight-sliding wire drawing machine with fully submersible lubricant cooling chamber, driven by independent servo motors, specifically design for copper material.

    Advantage

    1. Adopt individual motor driving system, each servo motor has its own controlling algorithm with separate servo controller. Main aim is to reduce damage of the wire surface during manufacturing. 

    2. The machine is design for low oxygen or oxygen-free copper conductor rod only, but available to customized based on special requirement.  

    3. Due to the design of individual motor drive, all drawing motors can be turned on and off based on manufacturing size, to achieve energy saving effect compared to traditional gear transmission model. 

    4. Whole line adopt PLC control system, it’s able to collect manufacturing data and signal sync feedback on each motor, to achieve higher delicate control on the finished product detail. Tension control will be more accurate even in high manufacturing speed. 

    5. Drawing cone adopt straight type layout, also equipped with Quick die change system.

    6. Due to low sliding rate, the service life for the dies on this machine would be longer. 

    7. Dual-wire design for double capacity with similar space occupied.
