Introduction

This line is applicable for automatic packing building wire of size 1.5~6mm² , packing process including automatic coiling , side tying , labeling , heat shrinking , pilling.
This line could be equipped with pay-off , tension rack and storage rack to self-operate , or linked with self-prepared extrusion machine.

Advantage

1. It can be supplied by the paying off machine or directly connected to the ejector.

2. The coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding (with 200m long coil as the column).

5. This machine has the function of automatic error detection. It has the contact of power frequency spark machine, which is used for spark detection of BV line. It can automatically detect the spark breakdown point or continue to form a circle after manual marking. (the power frequency spark machine shall be provided by the customer)

Leave a caliper contact: if the diameter does not meet the standard, the waste line can be automatically eliminated or the function of forming a circle can be continued after manual marking. (diameter measuring instruments are provided by each household)
