Introduction

DLV400/450(-2) Series is machine line specifically designed for Aluminum / 800X and 600XAluminum alloy rod breakdown process for Electric usage. Usually combined with pay-off system + tension unit and 1~2 type of take-up device to form a whole production line . Whole production usually is without annealing unit compared to Copper RBD line.

    Advantage

    1. Main machine adopt tandem array structure, using 2 separate motor to drive - 1 motor for drawing capstan, 1 motor for traction capstan , which allow the machine to have better energy consumption ratio . Also fast die changing system is equipped as well.

    2. Drive method adopt developed traditional gear transmission, using high performance and high precision slant gear specialized design by HOOHA, to achieve lower power waste and lower noise at same performance. 

    3. According to electrical characteristic of Aluminum and Aluminum alloy, this machine adopt full-immersed cooling method, ensuring the quality of finished drawn wire. 

    4. For take-up method, whole machine line can adopt both reel type take-up or coil basket collecting depends on following procedure. 

    5. Using similar spaces, the machine can be choose either to be single wire or double wire model .
